This wine is a unique blend of William Cole Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemaker and owner, William Ballentine, aged a single barrel from ten harvests from 2000-2009, extended aging in the cellar for another decade to create this magical cabernet never out of a barrel until now.
