TEN

THE CREATION

As a winemaker, it is my goal to create the very best wine I can from our estate vines each harvest. Inspired by that pursuit, I have kept a single barrel from ten vintages to craft this unique Cabernet Sauvignon.

Separately aged, each of the wines has established its own “signature” and “personality” and has become more complex over time. Some of them have become more graceful and subtle, while others have retained their youth and vibrancy. By taking equal amounts from each vintage and blending them together I have created, in essence, a vertical in a bottle.

William Cole Vineyards “TEN” Cabernet, is a journey spanning ten vintages from 2000 to 2009. I am thrilled to be able to share this wine with you, a wine that can never be recreated.
