William Cole Vineyards uses the best in secure server technology for all transactions. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access. William Cole Vineyards promises not to sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information without your permission to any other company or association that is not part of the processing or shipping of your wine order. William Cole Vineyards has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.
Our refund policy is on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final, product can be returned only if the wine is corked and the bottle is returned for our analysis. We can replace the bottle or refund the customer at our discretion.
Extreme weather conditions can affect your wine. Please keep in mind that William Cole Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions. If you live in an area where the current average temperature is near freezing in winter or above 75 degrees in summer we strongly suggest you select either FedEx Cold Chain shipping (ground shipping in a refrigerated truck), or 2-Day shipping. Please be sure that an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled day. If you are experiencing extreme temperatures now but would still like to order William Cole Vineyards wines, you may proceed with your order and request that your shipment is held until cooler temperatures prevail.

There are quantity restrictions in several states.
*Florida has 5 dry counties where we are not allowed to ship: Lafayette, Liberty, Madison, Suwannee and Washington.
PLEASE BE ADVISED ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY A PERSON 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER UPON RECEIPT, SO PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCORDINGLY. SHIPPING FEES INCURRED TO RESHIP ORDERS RETURNED TO SUMMERS DUE TO FAILED SIGNATURE AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THANK YOU.
